Getting started
What areas do you serve?
We serve homeowners across Halton, Hamilton and the Niagara Region: Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Grimsby, St. Catharines, Welland, Niagara Falls and the communities around them. Not sure we cover your city? Call 416-899-8081 and ask.
How do I get a quote?
Every space is different, so we quote in person. Call 416-899-8081, email info@tandtroomtransformations.ca or send the form on any page, and we'll get back to you within 48 hours to book a free in-home visit. We see the space, talk through what you want and follow up with a written quote.
Do you charge for quotes?
No. In-home quotes are free, with no obligation.
How much does a renovation cost?
Every quote is custom, because every job is. Projects run from about $2,500 to $100,000 and everywhere in between. As a rough guide:
- Refresh (paint, hardware, lighting, a backsplash): from about $2,500
- Mid-range update (new flooring, vanities, cabinet painting, fixtures): up to about $40,000
- Full renovation (gut and rebuild, layout changes): $40,000 to $100,000 and up
Materials, layout changes and any plumbing or electrical work move the price the most. Your free in-home quote gives you the real number.
How far ahead do you book?
As far ahead as you like. There's no limit, and plenty of clients book months out to lock in the timing they want.
Working with T&T
Who is T&T Room Transformations?
T&T Room Transformations is a renovation and design company serving Halton, Hamilton and the Niagara Region, Ontario, run by Glen Tymchuk. We are a team of contractors, painters and designers, including a professional interior designer and home stager, with decades of experience between us. We handle bathrooms, kitchens, painting, flooring, decks, fences, wall graphics, interior design and staging, and general home renovations.
Are you insured?
Yes. T&T Room Transformations is insured.
Who does the work?
Glen Tymchuk and the T&T crew, with licensed electricians and plumbers brought in for the work that requires them.
Do you work with small budgets?
Yes. We work with every budget, and we will tell you where your money makes the biggest difference. Sometimes that is a full renovation and sometimes it is paint, lighting and new hardware.
Do you help with design and colour choices?
Yes, and it's one of our favourite parts of the job. Our team includes a professional interior designer and home stager, so design is part of every project from the first visit. We also use AI design tools to show you layouts, colours and finishes in your actual space before any work starts. The technology helps you picture it. The decisions come from people with decades of experience making rooms work. See interior design and staging.
Can realtors book you to get a listing ready?
Yes. We regularly paint, refresh and stage homes on tight listing and move-in deadlines from Oakville to Niagara Falls.
Payment and guarantees
How do payments work?
We accept cash, cheque and e-transfer. Cheque payments need to clear before the next stage of work begins, so e-transfer keeps your project moving fastest.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every job comes with a one-year warranty on our work.
Costs, timelines and permits by service
Each service page answers these in full, with typical prices and timelines.
