We're a crew of contractors, painters and designers with decades of experience, and we can't walk into a room without picturing what it could be. Our team includes a professional interior designer and home stager, and we use AI design tools to show you the finished room before a single wall gets touched. How do I get a quote?

Every space is different, so we quote in person. Call 416-899-8081, email info@tandtroomtransformations.ca or send the form on any page, and we'll get back to you within 48 hours to book a free in-home visit. We see the space, talk through what you want and follow up with a written quote.

Do you charge for quotes?

No. In-home quotes are free, with no obligation.

How much does a renovation cost?

Every quote is custom, because every job is. Projects run from about $2,500 to $100,000 and everywhere in between. As a rough guide:

Refresh (paint, hardware, lighting, a backsplash): from about $2,500
Mid-range update (new flooring, vanities, cabinet painting, fixtures): up to about $40,000
Full renovation (gut and rebuild, layout changes): $40,000 to $100,000 and up

Materials, layout changes and any plumbing or electrical work move the price the most. Your free in-home quote gives you the real number.

Do you help with design?

Yes, and it's one of our favourite parts of the job. Our team includes a professional interior designer and home stager, so design is part of every project from the first visit. We also use AI design tools to show you layouts, colours and finishes in your actual space before any work starts. The technology helps you picture it. The decisions come from people with decades of experience making rooms work.

Do you work with small budgets?

Yes. We work with every budget, and we will tell you where your money makes the biggest difference. Sometimes that is a full renovation and sometimes it is paint, lighting and new hardware.
